Una Hacienda — Latin Bar & Kitchen, Bangalore
A Latin American estate in the sky
A house in the sky, far south of here.
Conceived by bar maestro Arijit Bose, Una Hacienda is a love letter to Latin American hospitality leafy conservatory, vintage interiors, golden-hour glow. Mezcal, pisco and Latin rums flow liberally; the kitchen, led by Chef Jason Hudanish, runs from Nikkei tiraditos to slow-simmered pozole.
barra arriba —

Pisco from the mountain. Mezcal from the smoke.
A breezy conservatory of pisco, mezcal and Latin rums each glass a passport further south. Three Citrus Pisco Sour. Hacienda Paloma. Pours that start a conversation and don't end it.
a pour, a promise —El Jefe’s Cubanos & Nikkei tiraditos.
Golden toasted bread, melting cheese, pickles, beautifully smoked ham & a quiet nod to Chef, the film about friendship, reinvention, and finding your way back to your mojo over a grill. Alongside: ceviches, tiraditos, slow-grilled plates.
a love letter —

Arriba, abajo, al centro, pa' dentro.
The unhurried Latin ritual of staying at the table, a second pour, a slow conversation, the evening softening around you.

Cuando la noche se alarga.
When the night stretches long smoke curling, glasses half-full, sobremesa drifting quietly toward dawn.
until the lights soften —
