Barra Arriba
A breezy rooftop conservatory of pisco, mezcal and Latin rums. Each glass a passport further south.
Section 1A Latin American estate in the sky · Fifth floor, Hotel Southern Star, Lavelle Road
Conceived by bar maestro Arijit Bose, Una Hacienda is a love letter to Latin American hospitality — leafy conservatory, vintage interiors, golden-hour glow. Mezcal, pisco and Latin rums flow liberally; the kitchen, led by Chef Jason Hudanish, runs from Nikkei tiraditos to slow-simmered pozole. Not a themed outpost. Someone's house, with quirks, travels, and stories.
barra arriba —

A breezy rooftop conservatory of pisco, mezcal and Latin rums. Each glass a passport further south.
Section 1
Nikkei tiraditos and ceviches sit alongside heartier Mexican comforts — pozole, Cubano, lamb chops with Malbec.
Section 2
The unhurried Latin ritual of staying at the table — pours of mezcal, a second espresso, conversation that won't end.
Section 3

Golden toasted bread, melting cheese, pickles, beautifully smoked ham — and a quiet nod to Chef, the film about friendship, reinvention, and finding your way back to your mojo over a grill.

Walk-ins are welcome at the bar. For the rooftop tables, a reservation is suggested.
